A book of photos by (in)famous photographer Andres Serrano who is most noted for his image Piss Christ and cover art for Metallica. In this book he explores many other subjects under the misleading title “A History of Sex” including nomads, klansmen, more Catholic images submerged in urine, other abstract images of bodily fluids mixed and photographed (as seen on the Metallica album), mental and physical abnormalities and of course nudity and sex. The book accompanied a 1990s exhibition of the artist’s work.
