    The first in a three-volume series published by Purple Books in collaboration with L'Esprit Frappeur (the other two being Portraits / 16 Photographers and Le 11 août 1999 by Claude Closky). Borthwick had spent the early 1990s in Paris, running a nightclub and photographing for Purple magazine. The book works as a loose visual diary, mixing fashion images from collaborations with Martin Margiela and Comme des Garçons with personal photographs of models, children, landscapes, interiors, and handwritten texts and drawings. Black and white throughout.

    Condition: good (inner binding loose but intact)
